The problem

Why most outbound underperforms

Deliverability is the foundation of the whole system. Almost every failing campaign we inspect got that part wrong before the first send.

Most campaigns run on recycled contact databases that thousands of other companies are already emailing, sent from infrastructure that was never properly set up, with copy that could belong to anyone. Deliverability gets treated as an afterthought instead of the foundation it is, which is why so many campaigns land in spam within a few weeks of launch. And almost everyone commits to a single channel before finding out whether that's where their buyers actually are.

We work differently, in three ways

  1. 01

    Lists are built, not bought.

We research your market and assemble verified target lists using Clay, enriched from multiple sources, so you are not emailing the same contacts as everyone else on a shared list.

  2. 02

    Infrastructure and deliverability come first.

Domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and a proper warmup period, all set up correctly before a single campaign sends. We monitor deliverability continuously afterward rather than checking it once at launch. This is why our campaigns are live in week one and still landing in the inbox six months later.

  3. 03

    Both channels, tested.

We run cold email and LinkedIn together, measure reply and meeting rates on each, and shift effort to whichever channel your market actually responds to. You find out with data instead of opinions.

Services

How we work with you

Three engagements, different depth. Most companies start with an audit or a sprint, then move into a managed program once the system is producing meetings.

Engagement 01

Outbound Audit

From $400

Delivered in 5 days

For companies that want an honest read on their current setup, or a plan before committing to anything larger. We review your offer, market, ICP, existing lists, messaging, and infrastructure, then deliver a recorded walkthrough with a 90-day roadmap. It's yours to act on with or without us.

Engagement 02

Launch Sprint

From $1,950

14 days

For companies getting outbound off the ground for the first time. Over 14 days we build and launch the full system: ICP definition, verified lead lists, email copy, domains and mailboxes with complete authentication and deliverability setup, warmup, sending infrastructure (Instantly or Smartlead), and LinkedIn outreach running in parallel.

Campaigns typically send within the first week. You finish with full documentation and a training session, whether you keep working with us or take it in-house from there.

Engagement 03

Managed Outbound

From $1,500/month

Rolling after the first 90 days

For companies that want the system run and improved on an ongoing basis. We operate the engine every month: list expansion, copy iteration based on real reply data, continuous deliverability monitoring, LinkedIn outreach management, and a monthly report showing meetings booked and cost per meeting by channel. Most clients move into this after a Launch Sprint.

For established companies that want to test outbound against their existing customer base, we also run a 30-day Channel Expansion Pilot targeting a profile cloned from your best customers, ending in a full cost-per-meeting report. Ask about this on a call.

Process

What the first month looks like

  1. W1

    Foundations.

We define the ICP and the signals that make a prospect worth reaching, then start list building and infrastructure and deliverability setup in parallel.

  2. W2

    Live.

Copy is written, mailboxes are warmed to baseline, and the first campaigns start sending on both channels.

  3. W3/4

    Optimize.

Reply data comes in. We cut what isn't working, put more weight behind what is, and report meetings booked per channel along with cost.

  4. M2+

    Scale.

The winning channel gets more budget, lists expand, and the system compounds. Or, if you'd rather, we hand the whole thing over fully documented and your team runs it.

Case study

Antematter

300+ meetings / 12 months

Antematter came to us wanting consistent conversations with technical buyers rather than a burst of activity. We built the list from research instead of a shared database, set up dedicated domains and mailboxes with full authentication, and ran email and LinkedIn side by side from the start.

Over the course of a year the engagement produced more than 300 booked meetings. The pipeline held steady month to month, which mattered more to their sales team than any single strong week.

The work continues on a managed basis. Lists expand, copy is rewritten against real reply data, and deliverability is monitored so the campaigns that landed in month one still land now.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Which channel should we start with?

It depends on your buyers, and we'd rather test than assume. Email scales faster. LinkedIn tends to convert better for high-ticket services. Most engagements run both and let the data decide.

What tools do you use?

Clay for research and list building, Instantly or Smartlead for sending, Apollo and Sales Navigator for sourcing, and n8n where custom automation helps. We choose per engagement and aren't resellers of any of them.

Is this fully automated?

The system is engineered and automated where it should be: list building, enrichment, sending, and routing. The copy and targeting decisions are made by people, which is why the replies look human.

How do you handle deliverability?

Deliverability is set up correctly before we send anything, not fixed after the fact. That means proper domain separation, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration, and a real warmup period before any campaign goes live. We then monitor inbox placement and sender reputation on an ongoing basis so a campaign that lands well in week one still lands well in month six.

Do we need anything prepared?

No. Your offer and twenty minutes on a kickoff call is enough. If you have existing customers, we'll start by studying them.

What's the minimum engagement?

Launch Sprints start at $1,950. Managed Outbound runs $1,500 a month and tends to make sense alongside a total budget of at least $2,500 a month including tooling and domains. We're direct about fit. If outbound won't work for what you sell, we'll say so on the first call.

Who handles the replies?

You do, or we help route and qualify them. Either way, your team is trained on the process before the first campaign sends.
